APPLICATIONS:
When food safety and transport are essential. Channel’s semi-enclosed multi-purpose racks are ideal for holding, storing and transporting 18″ x 26″ pans or 13″ x 18″ half pans (two per level).
CONSTRUCTION:
All heli-arc welded heavy duty, high tensile extruded aluminum. Type 6063-T5 alloy. Lifetime guarantee against rust.
UPPER FRAME & TOP:
Extruded aluminum channel sides. The upper frame is constructed of vertical uprights 1″ x 2-1⁄2″ x 1/8″ thick extruded aluminum channels with top cross and side bracing of 1-1⁄4″ x 1-1⁄4″ x .070 wall extruded aluminum tubing, all fully welded together.
DOOR:
Door consists of 1/8″ thick aluminum panel with a corrugation on each side. The door is supported by three stainless steel hinges designed to provide 270° door swing.
CASTERS:
Standard 5″ full swivel non-marking casters. Casters are securely bolted to frame to facilitate replacements.
