APPLICATIONS:
When food safety and transport are essential. Channel’s semi-enclosed multi-purpose racks are ideal for holding, storing and transporting 18″ x 26″ pans or 13″ x 18″ half pans (two per level). Designed for both cooler and freezer applications.
CONSTRUCTION:
All heli-arc welded heavy duty, high tensile extruded aluminum. Type 6063-T5 alloy. Lifetime guarantee against rust.
TRAY SLIDES:
Extruded aluminum channel sides. Lip load ledge design. Accommodates standard 18″ x 26″ or 13″ x 18″ (two per level) bun pans.
FRAME AND CROSS SUPPORTS:
Vertical and horizontal frame sections are 1″ extruded aluminum tubing.
CASTERS:
Standard 5” full swivel non-marking casters. Casters are securely bolted to frame to facilitate replacements.
